Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Duck Goose (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Duck Goose is operated by Carbenhan LLC ("we," "us," "our").

SMS Program Terms

Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Program name: Duck Goose

Program description: Duck Goose is a childcare coordination app. When a user invites a parent or caregiver to their household by phone number, Duck Goose sends that recipient a one-time SMS invitation containing the inviter's name and a prompt to open the app.

Message frequency: Low volume. SMS messages are only sent when a Duck Goose user initiates an invitation to the recipient's phone number — there are no promotional or recurring broadcasts.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

Reply STOP to any Duck Goose message to unsubscribe. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from Duck Goose unless you re-opt-in through the app.

Reply HELP to any Duck Goose message for help, or contact support at support@getduckgoose.com.

Supported carriers include all major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility and Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create a Duck Goose account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide about yourself, your household, and anyone you invite.

User Responsibilities

• Only invite, contact, or add people who have given you permission to use their contact information with Duck Goose.
• Do not use Duck Goose for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Service, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

No Warranty

Duck Goose is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, nor that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Carbenhan LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
